AI-Assisted Services and SyntiDesk
SyntiDesk uses automated systems to answer initial questions, organize context, and help route a next step. Automated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice, and request human review for important or sensitive decisions. Information entered into these experiences may be used to provide the interaction and requested follow-up.
Third-Party Services
Synticore uses service providers where needed for website hosting, infrastructure, communications, and business operations. The site links to Calendly for user-requested scheduling; visiting Calendly is governed by Calendly’s own privacy practices. The site may also link to other external websites, which operate under their own policies. No third-party analytics or advertising provider is currently initialized on this website.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the website and the services involved. Our delivery approach considers role-appropriate access, data minimization, platform controls, testing, human escalation, and operational ownership. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. For a security concern, email hello@synticore.com without including credentials or sensitive records.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, requested follow-up, service delivery, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of information and the context in which it was provided.
Your Choices and Rights
You may reject optional cookies, reopen Cookie Settings, decline to provide optional form fields, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Available rights depend on applicable law and may be subject to verification and lawful exceptions.
Children’s Privacy
The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes to tracking practices may also require a renewed privacy choice.
