Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, SyntiDesk experiences, or related tools, you agree to these Terms. If you use them for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Services
Synticore provides information and may offer workflow automation, Microsoft business solutions, AI and customer operations, custom business systems, integrations, SyntiDesk, and consulting or related services. Public website content is general information and does not create a client relationship or guarantee a particular result.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for information you submit, decisions you make based on website content, compliance with laws that apply to you, and obtaining any permissions needed to provide information about other people or organizations.
Account and Access Responsibilities
Where account access is provided, you must protect credentials, use only the access assigned to you, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not attempt to access another user’s account or areas for which you are not authorized.
AI-Assisted Services and SyntiDesk
AI-generated responses may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Users and businesses remain responsible for important decisions and should use human review or escalation when appropriate. SyntiDesk is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. Synticore is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Intellectual Property
Synticore’s website content, branding, design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant rights beyond the limited permission needed to use the website as intended.
Confidentiality and Project Agreements
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through general website channels unless Synticore has provided an appropriate method. These Terms do not replace a project-specific proposal, services agreement, nondisclosure agreement, data-processing agreement, or other signed contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms for the covered services, the signed agreement controls.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- interfere with or disrupt the website or related systems;
- attempt unauthorized access, security testing, scraping, or circumvention of controls;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content;
- misrepresent identity or authority; or
- use the services to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Fees and Paid Services
Fees, payment terms, scope, timelines, and responsibilities for paid work are established in the applicable proposal, order, subscription, or written services agreement. Website descriptions do not constitute a binding offer.
Service Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features and may update service descriptions. Availability can depend on third-party platforms, integrations, maintenance, and technical conditions.
Disclaimer
The public website and related informational tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Synticore disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Results depend on requirements, source data, platform capabilities, implementation scope, testing, adoption, and operational use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Synticore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website or free informational tools. Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to website features or accounts where use violates these Terms, threatens security, infringes rights, or creates legal or operational risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the website or services change. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
